Hello! I’m Sarah Pienig, a Tasmanian watercolour artist and illustrator with a deep love for Australia’s wild landscapes, colourful creatures, and native botanicals. I came to Australia from Canada nearly twenty years ago — and it truly captured my heart!

Each illustration I create begins as a joyful sketch inspired by the natural world around me — the call of a kookaburra, the curve of a gum leaf, or the golden glow of wattle. My art celebrates the beauty, humour, and personality of Australian wildlife and flora, with a bright, whimsical twist that makes every print feel full of life.

Printed right here in Tasmania, my Australiana art prints are available in A4 and A3 sizes, with select designs also offered as archival 50x70cm prints (printed to order). Each one is carefully packaged in a protective Art Protector sleeve and arrives unframed, ready for you to style in your own unique way.
