Shipping:

• Orders are packed and posted on Tuesdays  and Fridays
• We print some things to order once a week, We will let you know if this affects your shipping time
• Our preferred courier is Australia Post 
• All orders are shipped with tracking and this will be provided to you in the confirmation of fulfillment email
• Lost or damaged parcels are processed in line with the couriers/Australia Post policies and processes
